Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney (retired), a well-respected military expert, has just escalated the war of words in President Obama’s wiretapping scandal against President Trump.
In two interviews with Fox Business, he says that both President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton violated the Espionage Act.
McInerney made the comments during appearances on several Fox Business shows. Those appearances included “After the Bell” with Melissa Francis and “Risk and Reward” with Diedre Bolton, during which he discussed the actions of the Obama administration to undermine the incoming Trump administration. In response to a comment that the actions of the Obama team were outrageous, McInerney took it a step further. “It is more than outrageous, it is treasonous, actually,” he said.
Many have long suspected that former President Obama’s actions and policy skirted the laws meant to protect the United States. The Iran Deal and secret payoff of $150 billion cash to the radical Muslim regime is a prime example.
In the case of Sec. Clinton, the charges of treason are more than just hype. Her actions in the email server scandal are well documented. Other government officials and military members have been found guilty of breaking the law for doing exactly what Clinton did. Exposing government information for our enemies to exploit is a serious charge, yet Clinton escaped prosecution.
Thomas McInerney, however, is holding their feet to the fire.
Among his comments (combined from both appearances).
The fact is, eight days before Obama walked out of the door, he gives the NSA, and Loretta Lynch his attorney general signed it…a directive to release that information to sixteen different intelligence agencies. Now that was a trap door. Everyone knew that General Flynn had talked to the Russian ambassador. It was a trap dooor to set up so they could distribute it and have a lot of people that would leak it.
Fingerprints that are now gonna start coming out that will show that the Obama administration was heavily listening to what was going on in the Trump campaign.
They (Democrats) do not want the Trump administration to start looking in at the violation of the Espionage Act by Hillary Clinton with her rogue server and by the President who used a pseudonym on her rogue server and they are both in violation of the Espionage Act. They do not want this to come out so they brought up all these other facts out about Russia.
..the unmasking (of Trump people) is another criminal offense…the special prosecutor should start looking at Hillary’s rogue server…”

Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney certainly has the qualifications to give his accusations weight. He served in top military positions and reported directly to the Secretary of Defense and the Vice President of the United States. General McInerney was a command pilot during the Vietnam War, served in NATO, and served as commander of 11th Air Force in Alaska.
