Years of Marxist brainwashing has led our youth to believe that America is a cesspool of hatred, oppression, and racism. Instead of being taught to love the greatest country in the world, they’re being taught to hate it.
Our history books have been completely overrun by left wing nut jobs, who are intent on wiping out key eras of American history, because they don’t “feel good.” The left has shown, time and time again, that they value feelings over facts—which is why they’re pushing for the removal of monuments that offend people.
Whether they are “racist,” or any “ist,” is irrelevant, however. These monuments serve as a reminder of what happened to us in the past—they serve as a remnant of our cultural heritage, an artistic representation of our history.
The liberals in this country don’t care about any of that, however. They want to destroy America, because they hate everything that we stand for: freedom, justice, and capitalism. They hate the fact that the hard working and intelligent people in this country get ahead, because most of the time, liberals are neither.
This is why there’s been a wave of monument censorship sweeping the nation over the past week. It has largely been in response to the alt-right’s march on Charlottesville, but the radical left sowed the seeds of discord long before this.
With Baltimore removing four confederate statues in the dead of night, leftist antifa thugs rioting and tearing down statues in North Carolina, and all hell breaking loose, it seems that there will be no end to this madness. Yet another domino has fallen in this long chain of tragedy, after one governor just came out and announced his stance.
Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe is calling on the state’s communities to take down Confederate monuments in light of the deadly violence in Charlottesville.
“Unfortunately, the recent events in Charlottesville demonstrate that monuments celebrating the leadership of the Confederacy have become flashpoints for hatred, division and violence,” McAuliffe said in a statement released Wednesday evening.
McAuliffe advised the state’s localities to take down the monuments and “relocate them to museums or more appropriate settings.”
“I hope we can all now agree that these symbols are a barrier to progress, inclusion and equality in Virginia and, while the decision may not be mine to make, I believe the path forward is clear.”
In other words, Terry McAuliffe is completely giving in to leftist terrorists who want to wipe out our history. He doesn’t care about the patriots who put him into office, nor does he care about the millions of men who died for this country—all he cares about is appeasing the left.
This comes after Baltimore decided to do the same, in the middle of the night. There seems to be a pattern here: these liberal governors and mayors are removing statues in secrecy, because they know that the right wing, hot-blooded patriots who still believe in this country would be outraged.
Milo Yiannopolous reports on the removal of the Baltimore monuments:
Under orders from Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh, Confederate statues were torn down across the city under the cover of darkness.
Soon after midnight on Wednesday, crews, which included a large crane and a group of police officers, began tearing down Confederate monuments in city parks and public squares before removing them from the town.
The crews used heavy machinery to remove the statues from their bases before loading them onto flatbed trucks.
The New York Times reports that small crowds were gathered at the monuments, not to protest, but to celebrate.
Baynard Woods, the editor at large of The Baltimore City Paper, used Twitter to document the removals and the mood surrounding them.
“The police are being cheerful and encouraging people to take photos and selfies,” Woods said in an interview with the New York Times.
The Mayor of Baltimore, Catherine Pugh, ordered the monuments be taken down after a vote by the City Council on Monday.
“It’s done,” she said on Wednesday morning. “They needed to come down. My concern is for the safety and security of our people. We moved as quickly as we could.”
Pugh said she personally watched the removal of the statues. The overnight operation was designed to avoid ‘violent conflicts’ like Charlottesville, the Baltimore Sun reports.
“I did not want to endanger people in my own city,” Pugh said. “I had begun discussions with contractors and so forth about how long it would take to remove them. I am a responsible person, so we moved as quickly as we could. “
The Police confirmed the removal.
When will this madness come to an end? America is being attacked on all fronts—from within, and from without. On one hand we have thousands of radical Muslims slowly infiltrating every facet of our society, and on the other hand we have brainwashed liberals tearing our country down from the inside.
It’s time for the patriots of America to unite, for as George Orwell said: “The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.”
