This just in—Judge Andrew Napolitano said on Fox Business Monday that the late Justice Antonin Scalia told him that he often suspected that “the court was being surveilled,” roughly 4 years ago.
This bombshell comes after numerous politicians have also accused the Obama administration of expanding the NSA and unlawfully spying on not only its own citizens, but its own government.
First, it was Donald Trump—the media initially laughed at him, but now with more and more evidence coming out that Obama did in fact spy on him, the mainstream media has been eerily silent.
Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky also came out recently, saying that he suspected the same thing. He claims that, although he doesn’t have any formal evidence, numerous sources “are coming to us saying it did happen,” so he wants to “search through,” and find out why he wasn’t notified.
He has also formally requested information on the matter, as seen below by his tweet several weeks ago:
I have formally requested from the WH and the Intel Committees info on whether I was surveilled by Obama admin and or the Intel community!

Now, on top of this, Fox News senior judicial analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, has come out saying that Judge Scalia said the same thing. You can watch the interview segment down below:
Judge Andrew: “Well, [the accusations] are most likely true. Think of this as a three step process—surveillance, which is the acquisition in a digital version of every keystroke on every computer and every communication on every cell phone and landline phone, storage, which is the digital maintenance of these digital communications, and then unmasking, which is accessing this data and finding out the names of the people who are actually surveilled.
Judge Andrew: “So, it is beyond dispute that the NSA has access to every phone call of every person in the United States of America since 2005—this takes us back to a Republican administration, George W. Bush, 2005, which is when this program began.”
This greatly clarifies how the process of data collection works, and it’s evident that the NSA does, in fact, have access to all of our digital information, but the really shocking revelations are yet to come:
Judge Andrew: “Justice Scalia told me that he often thought the court was being surveilled, and he told me that probably about 4 or 5 years ago. Again, surveillance, acquisition of information, unmasking, accessing information.”
If this is, in fact, the case, the people of America better wake up…and fast. When the executive branch of a government starts to surveil the other branches of government, separation of power, and checks and balances are very quick to disappear.
Judge Andrew goes on to say that the NSA potentially spied on Rand Paul during his campaign, to give the corrupt Hillary/Obama duo more leverage:
“If they had to unmask senator Paul’s name in order to understand a conversation that he was having with a foreign agent, and the foreign agent was harmful to the United States, they can do that. That’s not what he’s talking about. They’re talking about unmasking him when he’s having a conversation with his campaign manager!”
The Fox news senior judicial analyst then went on to say that, if more and more people keep putting pressure on the NSA and government, Barrack Obama could get a subpoena, and be ordered to testify in court.
So far, Fox News has been the only source that reported on this. As far as we are aware, CNN, MSNBC, and NBC have all ignored this information.
