This just in—Syrian American poet Mona Haydar has launched an entire music career with the release of a rap video for her new song “Hijabi,” which is being praised by Leftists.
No folks, I am not joking. Take a look at the video down below:
According to Huffington Post, the SJW center of the world, Mona Haydar’s new piece is “an ode to diversity.”
“Haydar’s song isn’t just an anthem for Muslim women. It’s an ode to diversity and a clapback to the haters who reject it.”
“ ‘Given our current administration’s insistence on demonizing and maligning the bodies of women and Muslims, among others, I wanted to get this song out as soon as possible,’ Haydar, who now lives in New York, told The Huffington Post.
“ ‘I hoped that a pregnant woman who is obviously Muslim [and] creating art and speaking truth would inspire people and offer some levity, joy and hope.’ ”
“After ‘Hijabi’ debuted Monday, many people became instant fans.”
“…Her latest song is a similar attempt to bring about a positive discussion of diversity and acceptance.”
“ ‘I want to be able to inspire young girls and let them know that they can look and dress any way they want to and still be relevant and current,’ she told HuffPost.”
Here are some of the lyrics to this “ode to diversity”:
“What that hair look like
Bet that hair look nice
Don’t that make you sweat?
Don’t that feel too tight?
Yo what yo hair look like
Bet yo hair look nice
How long your hair is
You need to get yo life
Interesting. I don’t even know what to say. The chorus goes like this:
“So even if you hate it I still wrap my hijab
Wrap my hijab
Wrap my hijab
Wrap, wrap my hijab
Keep swaggin my hijabis
Swag-Swaggin my hijabis
Swaggin my hijabis
Swag-swaggin my hijabis”
Umm, I thought that rap videos were illegal under Sharia law? Something about only singing songs that praise Allah, and not about feminism?
It’s for this reason that Milo Yiannopolous expresses legitimate concerns:
“It remains to be seen if Haydar will be mass-shamed by ex-Muslim women as Alicia Keys was last week when she posted a photo of a woman posing provocatively in a burqa.”
“As we reported, many Muslims slammed Alicia Keys for glamorizing an outfit ‘women everywhere are forced to wear’ constantly.”
Keys eventually deleted the photo.
Yes, that’s right—Alicia Keys was vehemently attacked for glamorizing the Hijab, because apparently, she didn’t realize it’s a symbol of oppression. Info Wars reports:
“In a recently-deleted Sunday evening tweet, Keys stirred outrage with a photograph depicting her in a tight-fitting niqab, an orthodox Muslim piece of attire meant to be loosely worn.”
“Keys also flashed her leg in the photo, a defiance of Islamic dress codes which often leads to brutal penalties in some Muslim populations.”
“Many commenters immediately informed her the tweet was out of line, with some accusing her of ‘glamorizing the veil.’ ”
“The ill-advised tweet was deleted Wednesday with no explanation offered.”
And that’s the irony, isn’t it? These Americans proudly wear their “Hijabis,” not even understanding that women who live under Islam are literally FORCED to wear them, unless they want to get stoned to death or have acid thrown on their face.

Ridiculous isn’t it, how these Islamists who come to America don’t even have the god damn memory to realize that the Burka is a symbol of oppression all over the world?
