ALERT: Starbucks Hires Refugees Who Could Carry a Third World Disease – Here’s How to Know If You’re Infected

Starbucks has recently come under fire for pledging to hire 10,000 refugees over the next five years. Well, it turns out that a large number of them have brought a deadly third world disease over from their homeland…and Starbucks customers could now be infected.

This wouldn’t be the first time that Starbucks has prioritized illiterate immigrants over Americans, either—the popular coffee shop company has a long history of pushing a liberal agenda on its employees. They’ve been hiring transgenders and creepy blue-haired liberals over conservatives ever since they were founded.

They may have just crossed the line, though. In an unprecedented move of selfishness and virtue signalling, Starbucks has hired numerous refugees in an attempt to seem generous to the public. The only problem is that they have a sky high rate of tuberculosis, that could endanger thousands of customers’ lives.

Breitbart reports that Starbucks has just held a hiring event exclusively for refugees in El Cajon, California—but unfortunately, a 2013 study done by a professor at the University of San Diego found that the refugee population in question has an incredibly high rate of tuberculosis, both active and latent.

2013 study from a research team led by Dr. Timothy Rodwell, “an associate professor and physician in the Division of Global Health at UCSD [University of California at San Diego]” that “analyzed data from LTBI [latent tuberculosis infection] screening results of 4,280 refugees resettled in San Diego County between January 2010 and October 2012,” noted that “San Diego County, in California, is a leading refugee resettlement site, and it also has one of the highest rates of active TB in the country, with an incidence rate of 8.4 cases per 100 000 people in 2011.” (The incidence rate in the entire population in the United States in 2016 was 2.9 per 100,000).

The study, which was funded in part by the National Institutes of Health, found that, of the 4,280 refugees resettled in San Diego County during the 34 months beginning in January 2010:

Nine hundred sixteen refugees (21.4%) in the study had a positive QFT-GIT result (Table 1). Of those, 823 (89.8%) had a normal chest radiograph and were diagnosed with LTBI (Figure 1). Sixty-one (6.7%) did not receive a chest radiograph; 14 (1.5%) had an abnormal result that was consistent with active TB; and 18 (2.0%) had an abnormal result that was not consistent with active TB.

In layman’s terms, this means that the 4,280 refugees who were settled in San Diego County during this time frame had a rate of TB that was over 100x greater than the incidence of active TB among the entire US population.

Breitbart contacted Starbucks, asking if they were testing their refugee employees for tuberculosis, but have not received a response. Due to the contagiousness of TB, if you’ve been to a Starbucks which employed an infected refugee, you could be at risk.

According to WebMD, tuberculosis spreads through microscopic droplets released through the air. It can be spread when someone coughs, sneezes, spits, talks, sings, or even laughs—and although TB is relatively difficult to catch, if someone with the disease works in a Starbucks he’s guaranteed to spread it everywhere he goes.

If you’ve been to a Starbucks over the past 6 months, and exhibit any of the following symptoms, it is advised that you call your doctor immediately:

  • Coughing that lasts three or more weeks
  • Coughing up blood
  • Fatigue
  • Night sweats
  • Chest pain, or pain with breathing

For a full list of symptoms you can consult WebMD. While thankfully this disease is very treatable with western medicine, if left untreated it can often lead to death and permanent lung damage. Children and the elderly are especially at risk, due to their compromised immune systems.

Starbucks is endangering lives with this type of behavior, and millions of conservatives have already boycotted the company for putting third world migrants into jobs when there’s an estimated 80,000 veterans living without a home.

We’ve had enough. It’s time that we stop supporting these companies that betray our people and betray our country. With a Starbucks on every street corner, it’s only a matter of time before they inflict their disgusting liberal agenda onto the entirety of America—we must spread awareness about this critical issue to prevent anyone from getting harmed.

Please share this article on social media. We don’t want anyone getting tuberculosis from Starbucks. Thank you and God bless!
