BREAKING: USA On Brink of War After What Trump Just Threatened Venezuela With

Venezuela has been a recent example of how destructive and evil socialism is once it takes root in a country. Over the past several years, we’ve seen them descend into chaos after years of disastrous liberal policies.

Countless countries have fallen to the siren song of socialism. The Marxists promise equality for everyone, more wealth for the poor, and a fair distribution of resources—but it never plays out this way. This is a trick, a lie, in order to get the people to fork over 50% of their earnings to the elite.

Then, once the elite has this massive control over the economy, do you think they’re just going to magically give it back? Of course not—it’s against human nature. People want power, which is why socialism never works. It puts all of the power into a tiny collection of elites.

For the past several years, we’ve watched Venezuela descend into chaos—it started with socialist policies creeping into the economy, and ever so surely, ended up with the confiscation of guns, suppression of free speech, and total control by a dictator.

Stefan Molyneux of Free Domain Radio has a phenomenal primer for anyone unaware of what’s currently going on in Venezuela. In order to fully grasp the magnitude of this situation, it’s recommended that you watch the following video.

As Venezuela has sunk further and further into violence, despotism, and tyranny, President Trump has decided to take action. The American people will not stand for oppressive regimes, which is why Trump has just threatened to take military action if the leader of Venezuela doesn’t fix the situation immediately.

Jill Colvin and Joshua Goodman of Associated Press report:

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Donald Trump said Friday that he wouldn’t rule out military action against Venezuela in response to the country’s descent into political chaos following President Nicolas Maduro’s power grab.

Speaking to reporters at his Bedminster, New Jersey, golf club, Trump bemoaned the country’s growing humanitarian crisis and declared that all options remain on the table – including a potential military intervention.

“We have many options for Venezuela and by the way, I’m not going to rule out a military option,” Trump volunteered, adding, “A military operation and military option is certainly something that we could pursue

Trump’s warning has marked a serious escalation on the global stage. Previously, leaders such as Obama had pandered to socialist scum, but President Trump has been the first to make a military threat in quite some time. While many have accused Trump of warmongering, others have expressed relief over the President’s willingness to fight the plague of socialism.

Venezuela has attempted to contact President Trump, presumably to beg him for mercy, but the Republican in office has refused to speak with them until they become a democracy.

The White House later released a statement saying it had rejected a request from Maduro to speak by phone with Trump. The statement said, “Trump will gladly speak with the leader of Venezuela as soon as democracy is restored in that country.”

The Trump administration has slapped a series of sanctions against Maduro and more than two dozen current and former Venezuelan officials in response to a crackdown on opposition leaders and the recent election of a constitutional assembly charged with rewriting the country’s constitution.

As tensions rise not only in Venezuela, but in North Korea, many are gearing up to join the military. Trump’s pro-army policies will certainly help bolster the economy, and hopefully, with some luck, he’ll make our military so intimidating that we don’t ever even have to resort to using it.

If you support President Trump in fighting socialism, please give this article a share. Thank you and God bless our military!
