Kathy Griffin: Trump Followers Are Still Trying to Kill Me (VIDEO)

Kathy Griffin is on a comedy tour and needs to sell tickets, so suddenly, she is claiming that Trump supporters have put her on a “kill list.”

Griffin took to Twitter to claim her life is in danger, and she is receiving death threats, which she says is part of a “relentless campaign” since last year, when she took a photo with a fake “decapitated” head made to look like Donald Trump.

“Things have not gotten better for me,” she complained in a series of tweets. “I just found out I’m on a brand new ‘Kill List.’ Constant death threats and threats of violence toward me in very specific ways. None of the social media platforms I need to make a living and sell my tour tickets will step in and help at all.”

Griffin makes it clear she thinks the threats are coming from President Trump and his supporters. “So these people or robots or whatever feel more empowered. Trump, and his game criminals, and the right leaning alt-right media have not let up on me. You’re probably not aware of this because I’m assuming that if you are reading this you are not part of that group!”

Griffin then took aim at her colleagues in Hollywood, going so far as to blame “American Idol” host Ryan Seacrest of conspiring against her. “I hear Ryan Seacrest is “mad” at me and spreading the word around. By the way that’s how it works, not just in my industry – trust me. Why? Because I hired the woman who accused him of #MeToo “activity” (a stylist) and I PAID her. Something no one did for me.”

Here are some selections from her Twitter storm.

Between all of her tweets, Griffin continues to promote her shows and encourages followers to buy tickets.

Kurt Eichenwald, the left-leaning New York Times bestselling author, is even acting as a pitchman for her shows.

In case you missed it in the tweet, Griffin is calling her tour the “Laugh Your Head Off World Tour,” playing off the infamous photo by holding a globe like the fake Trump head.
